I remember not that long ago when you were lucky if you got 10MB storage space with your web based email account. Of course Google’s GMail moved the goalposts and upped the storage ante to 2GB of storage space (and climbing). Yahoo currently offer 1gb and AOL offer 2GB free accounts.
30gigs.com claim to offer, yes you guessed it, 30 gigs of space email accounts
A new upstart called 30gigs.com has taken things to another level again and are offering eye popping 30 gigabyte email accounts, free. The catch is its invite only (where have we heard that one before?) and its in ‘heavy beta’ right now, whatever that means. Information is sparse on the website to say the least and we’re not sure who on earth would need 30 gig storage for email anyway.
